We will check each product manually before shipping to make sure it is in perfect condition. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We only replace products when they are defective or damaged. Please follow these steps:

1) Please email your name, order number, and a description of the problem to support
2) Please Attach photos or videos showing the defects described. 
3) Allow our team to review the problem and provide an appropriate solution for you.

Damage caused by improper use of the product is not covered by the warranty.

Once the doll has been used, it is not refundable. 

In the event of cancellation or replacement for special reasons and acceptance after communication with our customer service representative, the Seller will charge a " Replacement Fee " which is 50% of the order value of the Products. We will refund to the buyer the amount paid minus the replenishment charge according to the buyer's original payment method and some other charges such as processing and transaction fee may be also applied.

If the order is canceled after shipment and you reject to receive it, the replenishment fee also needed to be applied. 

(Note: The freight for the return is on your own. We will provide you a new shipping address. Do not return it to the "shipped from" address.)

Once we receive your items, we will process the refund immediately. Please allow us to process your refund and replacement within 3 business days of receipt of your package. If you have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company. It may take 7-14 business days for your refund to be officially posted to your bank account.
